This location is wonderful, and I recommend this store to any coffee/tea lover! I was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff (Mercedes & Marisa), who were eager to help me and provided me with a lot of information so I could make the best buy, yet I felt no pressure at all to purchase anything - they genuinely just wanted to give me the best shopping experience. They were very knowledgeable about all of their products. They also very kindly prepared a sample latte for me today so that I could try the new Monin Strawberry Rose syrup, and the care and attentiveness they paid to this drink was stellar. The store itself is spacious, clean, and has a multitude of options (machines, syrups, pods, etc.). I can't wait to come back again!

I reached out to Grounded Tea after my daughter had been experiencing horrible stomachaches and was looking for some natural solutions. One recommendation was Mindful Mint. A nice caffeine free option to soothe the tummy before hitting the hay! It’s been really helpful and something we can both enjoy together.

The cream of Earl Grey is one of the best teas I have ever had. I am also hooked on the Bourbon Vanilla Rooibos when wanting an herbal tea option. When their shop was close to my home I would drop in often for an iced tea in the summer. Our tea drawer is a bit of a mess of deliciousness due to this shop!

I absolutely love this tea! I drink it a lot. It's the perfect blend and I never get bored with this one, and I mix my teas a lot.

I took my niece here recently and we loved their selection of Teas! I’ll have to come back and buy some to take home!We ordered Hong Kong style bubble tea and we could tell the tea was fresh. We really enjoyed it. The lady helping us was very friendly and sweet!

Have enjoyed your services 3 or 4 times and found them very special. Tea time with treats and tea was excellent. Only complaint is the location, I seldom go downtown, find parking a challenge to the point that I likely won't be back anytime soon. If you could move....
